Management Expenses: in the case of cancellation by the holder of the reservation, the management expenses established in the reservation conditions and/or the combined travel contract accepted in making this reservation will apply, unless your advisor /a has subsequently sent you a personalized reservation confirmation indicating other conditions related to management expenses because the management of this specific reservation so establishes.

Pre-paid service on board (tips)

On all our ships, crew members who have provided you with good service and personalized attention are offered payment for said service, colloquially known as "gratuities". When making your reservation, we will automatically include the amount corresponding to the service on board (tips). If you do not wish to prepay the service on board (tips), you must notify it at the time of accepting the reservation and in this case the amount will be charged directly during the cruise, automatically debiting the daily amount from your expense account on board. If you do not want it to be charged, you can ask our onboard staff to cancel it.

For all drinks made on board and beauty services, paid with the SeaPass system, there is an automatic surcharge of 18% as a service.

For cruises that are carried out entirely within the scope of the European Union, the amount of purchases or services acquired on board may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

Health and safety protocols

Vaccinations and tests are no longer necessary for most of our passengers, even so, we recommend consulting Royal Caribbean's health and safety protocols. You can access this information through this link.
