VILLA DOMINGO HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA / MORAIRA
A lovely detached holiday home with private swimming pool is Villa Domingo in Benissa, located right next to Moraira (15 minutes by car). A big advantage is without a doubt that the villa is completely on the ground floor. Everything is within reach, which gives a good and clear feeling. You will experience an optimal holiday experience, partly due to the great covered outdoor kitchen and the greenery around you.
LAYOUT VILLA DOMINGO
The spacious grounds of Villa Domingo are completely enclosed and you can park your car (s) on private land (maximum two) via a gate. The house is accessible via four steps to the terrace. The living room has a sitting area, television with Dutch channels by streaming, fireplace and air conditioning (hot / cold). Wifi is available. The open kitchen with bar is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) with air conditioning (hot / cold) and ensuite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200) with air conditioning (hot / cold). Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200) with air conditioning (hot / cold). Second bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. Ironing board / iron, washing machine available.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA DOMINGO IN BENISSA / MORAIRA
You will have many pleasant hours on the outside terrace under the veranda. A cup of coffee in the morning or dining for hours at the end of the day. You have a good view of the nice swimming pool (8x4m). The pool is centrally located with four sunbeds, a parasol and a seat around it. The covered outdoor kitchen has a gas barbecue, water (hot / cold), a refrigerator and will be further expanded with a canopy and further decoration. As soon as it is ready we will show the pictures. There is an outdoor shower. We want to emphasize the green background of the villa. A unique location.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental in this house is possible in the months of November and December. The months of January, February and March are available on request. The price for 4 weeks is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory.
The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.
