In this villa with private pool, located in a quiet residential area, you will experience plenty of privacy and tranquility. Relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers by the private pool or enjoy a cold drink on the lounge set on the balcony. You look out over the beautiful landscape of Spain, Calpe and the beautiful blue sea. You will experience the ultimate holiday experience in this bright and sleekly furnished holiday home.LAYOUT VILLA AURORAThis modern villa is suitable for eight people. The lovely living room is furnished with a sitting area, dining area, smart television and music system. From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You can walk straight into the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathrooms 3 and 4 have a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in this villa.OUTSIDE AT VILLA AURORA IN MORAIRAIn the spacious garden of Villa Aurora you will spend hours in the sun. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and relax on one of the sun loungers around. In the warm summer evenings you can enjoy a home-cooked dinner on the barbecue at the outdoor dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with lounge set and table. Furthermore, this villa has an outdoor shower (warm/cold), parasol and sunshade/shade cloth. There are two private covered parking spaces. Fancy a day at the beach? 1.1 km away is the beach Cala Llobella where you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The nice sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away.
