VILLA AURORA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Villa Aurora is a modern detached holiday home in Moraira. In this villa with private pool, located in a quiet residential area, you will experience plenty of privacy and tranquility. Relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers by the private pool or enjoy a cold drink on the lounge set on the balcony. You look out over the beautiful landscape of Spain, Calpe and the beautiful blue sea. You will experience the ultimate holiday experience in this bright and sleekly furnished holiday home.
LAYOUT VILLA AURORA
This modern villa is suitable for eight people. The lovely living room is furnished with a sitting area, dining area, smart television and music system. From here you have breathtaking views through the wide windows and access to the balcony. You can walk straight into the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, oven, hob, kettle, blender and coffee maker. Villa Aurora has four bedrooms. All have two single beds (90 x 200), en suite bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet, double sink and hair dryer. Bathrooms 3 and 4 have a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in this villa.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA AURORA IN MORAIRA
In the spacious garden of Villa Aurora you will spend hours in the sun. Dive into the spacious swimming pool in the middle of the garden and relax on one of the sun loungers around. In the warm summer evenings you can enjoy a home-cooked dinner on the barbecue at the outdoor dining table. This villa also has a beautiful balcony with lounge set and table. Furthermore, this villa has an outdoor shower (warm/cold), parasol and sunshade/shade cloth. There are two private covered parking spaces. Fancy a day at the beach? 1.1 km away is the beach Cala Llobella where you have a beautiful view of the Ifach. The nice sandy beach of Moraira is 5.6 km away. From here you can walk straight into the old fishing village with all its nice terraces and bars.

In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
We recommend renting a car at this destination.
Construction of a house next to Villa Aurora started at the beginning of March 2024. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Deposit
A security deposit for Villa Aurora is applied of € 400,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental for this vacation home is not possible from october to april.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 24 years)
